Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly via the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Aagni is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at aagni.store@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant information. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package), we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
